It’s been a year when Indians were struggling standing in the queues for hours, and there are many who still have old 500 and 1000 Rupees notes with them. Not the rich, no! Poor ones. Although the step was taken for good but it came with a lot of challenges for the middle class India.
When people were facing such a filthy situation, it seems a part of citizens with funny bones managed to build up jokes about it. Internet i.e. Twitter and Facebook flooded with memes about demonetization. Let’s dedicate this day to some of the best ones we got in the past year:
